3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). 2029pub is required to verify the identity of its members in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by 2029pub as part of the KYC process. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your 2029pub account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to use your account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
3.5 Philippine Mobile Number. A valid Philippine mobile number is required for account registration and is used for identity verification, two-factor authentication, and account recovery. You must ensure that the mobile number associated with your account remains active and accessible to you.
4.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You agree to notify 2029pub immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 2029pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.3 2029pub employs industry-standard SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to protect your account. However, no security system is impenetrable, and 2029pub does not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat our security measures.
4.4 2029pub reserves the right to suspend or lock any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised, is being accessed from an unusual location, or is exhibiting suspicious activity, pending verification by the account holder.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2029pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability: GCash, PayMaya, Bank Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), and other methods as may be added from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 2029pub reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to the member.
6.1 2029pub offers various bonuses and promotions to its members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and bingo tickets. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
6.5 2029pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a member's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

10.2 2029pub's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 2029pub does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 2029pub is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options to help members manage their gambling activity.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 2029pub's customer support team for informal resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.
13.4 For gaming-related disputes, members may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
14.1 2029pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.
14.2 For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 2029pub will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or in-platform notification before the changes take effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the 2029pub platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
